  • Set up a task team or committee that assess and evaluates the project at agreed milestones;
  • Budget estimates, evaluations and approval;
  • Formulate a quantitative and qualitative project methodology;
  • Appraise all team members on the agreed methodology;
  • Select suitable alternatives, if any;
  • Present the methodology, milestones, proposed communication channels and timelines to the client; and
  • Commence the project.
